Payment on a first container is 30 to 40% advance with the balance against shipping documents. Packing moves the quoted rate too: jute and non-woven cost more than PP, and private label pouch formats need 2 to 8 containers before a mill will run them.

Order quantity, packing, delivery terms and season all move the final number. New crop arrivals in October and November pull prices down across grades.
Rates are updated periodically. Export rates move with the dollar and with crop arrivals, so check the date on each board and ask for a live quote before you order.
Are these prices inclusive of GST?
No. Domestic rates exclude GST. Branded and packed rice attracts 5% GST under HSN 1006. Add transport and loading to reach your landed cost.

What is the minimum order at these rates?
Export rates are for 1 FCL, which is 20 to 25 tons depending on bag weight. Domestic wholesale starts at 500 kg to 5 tonnes for basmati and Sona Masoori, and 10 to 25 tonnes for IR 64 and broken grades.
Do you quote CNF and CIF?
Yes. Send the destination port, bag weight and bag material and the landed rate comes back with the FOB rate for comparison.
